The device includes an actuator, where the actuator can be transferred with the help of at least one electric lifting magnet from a first position into a second position and/or from the second position into the first position in a sequence that is controllable in time as required. The actuator can be fixed in the first position and/or in the second position via at least one separate holding organ.
