Zusammenfassung:	Protective covering bags for handlebars for vehicles such as motorcycle as the like, which allows the vehicle to be operated while the bags are in place over the handlebars. Specifically, a covering apparatus for protecting the handlebars and handlebar controls of a handlebar-controlled vehicle, comprising: a left-handed covering comprising a left handlebar opening thereof, sized to fit over and enclose a left handlebar of the vehicle and any controls on the left handlebar; and a right-handed covering comprising a right-handlebar opening thereof, sized to fit over and enclose a right handlebar of the vehicle and any controls on the right handlebar; wherein: the left and right handlebar coverings are similar but are not identical, possessing opposite handedness from one another; and the left and right handlebar coverings comprise a weatherproof or weather-resistant material.
