Zusammenfassung:Apparatus and method using a linear array (22) of optical sensors (24) for imaging a rotating component (12) of a gas turbine engine. A viewing probe (16) may include the linear array of optical sensors disposed in the probe to acquire image data that may be made up of a series of line scans capturing views of the component passing within a field of view of the probe. A controller (26) may be electrically coupled to the linear array to process the series of line scans to generate an image of the component.
