Zusammenfassung:	A vehicular driving system includes a rotating electric machine, an inverter and a controller. The rotating electric machine is constantly connected to an axle shaft. The inverter has an upper-arm device and a lower-arm device corresponding to each of three phases of the rotating electric machine. The inverter is configured to perform electric power conversion between a DC power supply and the rotating electric machine and to supply three-phase AC power to the rotating electric machine. The controller is configured to perform an operation to reduce a rotational speed of the rotating electric machine when a short-circuit fault occurs to the inverter.
