Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating liver diseases, containing a narirutin extract of citrus peel extract or narirutin as an active ingredient. The extract or narirutin decreases cholesterol levels and fat levels in liver tissue, and thus can be utilized as a composition or food for preventing and treating liver diseases. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for extracting narirutin from citrus peel, and a method for preparing citrus fermented milk using the same.
