Zusammenfassung:	An outdoor unit of a refrigeration apparatus includes an aluminum or aluminum alloy heat exchanger, an aluminum or aluminum alloy bracket having a fixing portion and a securing portion attached directly to the heat exchanger, a non-aluminum side panel having an opening portion with the fixing portion of the bracket passing through the opening, and a nonmetal component interposed between the bracket and the side panel to form a predetermined space between the bracket and the side panel. The side panel is fixed to the fixing portion of the bracket disposed through the opening portion.
