Zusammenfassung:Provided is an organic light-emitting display apparatus including a thin-film transistor (TFT) that includes an active layer, a gate electrode, and source/drain electrodes; an organic light-emitting device that includes a pixel electrode which is connected to the TFT, an intermediate layer which includes a light-emitting layer, and an opposite electrode; and an opposite electrode contact unit in which the opposite electrode is electrically connected to a power wiring, wherein, with regard to the power wiring, a surface that contacts the opposite electrode is formed to have an embossed structure.
