Zusammenfassung: | Recombinant trivalent vaccine against human influenza contains recombinant adenoviral vector with a nucleotide sequence which encodes at least one antigen of influenza virus strain, while non-replicating nanoparticles are used as adenoviral vectors based on genome of human adenovirus of serotype 5, capable of expressing the haemagglutinin of influenza virus which induce human immune response to influenza virus, wherein the vaccine contains composition of three kinds of non-replicating nanoparticles, each of which carries different influenza hemagglutinin genes, further comprises immunostimulant and formulating buffer. In this solution the influenza virus hemagglutinin genes are: H1, H3, HB and any other recommended by the World Health Organization at the time of production. Formulating buffer is added to the composition to achieve a total volume of 0.5 ml and a vaccine dose of 0.5 ml. |
