More specifically, the present invention provides isomers of tyrosine for its use in the prevention or treatment of a disease and in the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions, methods of treating or preventing diseases, such as cancer and cancer metastases, and pharmaceutical compositions containing meta- and/or ortho-tyrosine.
