Zusammenfassung:	Described is a medicament delivery device comprising a body adapted to accommodate a cartridge containing a medicament, and a reservoir coupled to the body, the reservoir containing a fluid and a plunger. The cartridge is axially movable relative to the body between a retracted position and an extended position. Axial movement of the cartridge from the retracted 10 position to the extended position moves the plunger to expel the fluid from the reservoir.
