Zusammenfassung:	A method for augmenting an immediate user task includes obtaining role information identifying a role of a user within an oilfield company. The user is performing oilfield operations in a field. The method further includes identifying a current location of the user in the field to identify the immediate user task being performed by the user in the field, defining, using the role information, a user perspective of the user, selecting metadata corresponding to the user perspective to obtain selected metadata, and presenting the selected metadata to the user.
