The organic light emitting diode device comprises a plurality of pixels. Each pixel comprises an organic light emitting unit and a driving unit. The organic light emitting unit is disposed in a displaying region. The driving unit is disposed in a driving region. The driving region overlaps the displaying region and the driving region is smaller than the displaying region. According to the organic light emitting diode device and corresponding display apparatus of the present invention, it is easier to fulfill the organic light emitting diode device with narrow bezel.
