Zusammenfassung:	A pair of scissors and a manufacturing method therefor involves forming an overmold comprising ABS material over a pair of blade members. TPR material is injection molded over the overmolds in limited amounts so that substantial portions of the overmolds remain exposed. The produced workpieces are pivotally joined to form a pair of scissors. One or more caps of ABS material or TPR material may be affixed to the overmolds to cover the pivot fastener.
