Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed herein are a switched reluctance motor assembly and a method of assembling the same. The switched reluctance motor assembly includes: a shaft forming the center of rotation of a motor; a rotor part rotatably coupled on the shaft; a balancing part installed on upper and lower surfaces of the rotor part; and an impeller part installed on the balancing part, wherein the balancing part and the impeller part are formed integrally with or directly coupled to each other to prevent generation of unbalance at the time of attaching the impeller part, thereby making it possible to promote stable rotation.
