The system can receive communications from a source agent in a source communication mode, authenticate the source agent, and determine a recipient communication mode associated with the recipient agent. The system then transforms the communication from the first communication mode to the second communication mode based on the recipient agent and/or the content of the communication and provides the communication to the recipient agent in the recipient communication mode.
