Zusammenfassung:	A water/oil repellent composition comprising a polymer having structural units based on the following monomer (a) and structural units based on the following monomer (b), and an aqueous medium containing water and the following amide solvent (I) is used. Monomer (a): a compound represented by (Z-Y)nX, wherein Z is a C1-6 polyfluoroalkyl group or the like, Y is a bivalent organic group having no fluorine atom or the like, n is 1 or 2, and X is a polymerizable unsaturated group. Monomer (b): vinyl chloride. Amide solvent (I): a compound represented by R1O(CH2)r(CHR4)sC(O)NR2R3, wherein r is an integer of from 0 to 3, s is 0 or 1, R1 is a C1-3 alkyl group, each of R2 and R3 is a methyl group or the like, and R4 is a hydrogen atom or the like.
