Zusammenfassung:A martial arts training system has a solid body formed of resilient material with a front surface, a back surface, side surfaces, a top surface, and a bottom surface. The front surface has a number of holes arranged thereon for receiving at least one accessory member. The system has at least one accessory having an attachment section shaped and sized to be received in a hole of the front surface and a training section adapted to extend from the front surface to form a contact target, such as an arm, leg, or weapon.
