Zusammenfassung: | A photovoltaic cell module is formed with the use of a cell press. The cell press has a longitudinal axis, two surfaces disposed opposite each other along the longitudinal axis, and a fluidic mechanism for moving at least one of the two surfaces towards the other of the two surfaces along the longitudinal axis. A method includes the step of disposing a substrate, photovoltaic cell, tie layer or precursor thereof, and superstrate between the two surfaces and spaced from one of the two surfaces. The method also includes the step of moving at least one of the two surfaces along the longitudinal axis towards the other of the two surfaces using the fluidic mechanism to compress the substrate, photovoltaic cell, tie layer or precursor thereof, and superstrate and form the photovoltaic cell module. The precursor has a viscosity of less than about 1,500 cPs measured at 25° C. before curing. |
