Zusammenfassung:	A water-conducting household appliance includes movable component which is moveably mounted on a stationary component of the household appliance by way of a metallic bearing. A sacrificial material with a lower electrochemical potential compared with the metallic material of the bearing in a bearing chamber, in which the bearing is arranged, prevents corrosion of the bearing. The sacrificial material rusts instead of the bearing.
