Each of the majority of the bridging structures are electrically connected to every two adjacent second conductive units in two adjacent first conductive axes. The insulating layer is located between the bridging structure and the first conductive axis. The insulating layer has a plurality of holes exposing the second conductive units respectively, and the bridging structures connect to the second conductive through the holes.
