Zusammenfassung:	There is provided an apparatus including a power control apparatus for supplying power from an external power source or power from private power supply equipment to a plurality of electrical appliances, the power control apparatus including a power failure detection device for detecting an interruption of power supply from the external power source and for measuring a power supply interruption duration, a storage device for storing power supply information regarding power supply from the private power supply equipment to the electrical appliances, and a power supply control device for controlling the power supply from the private power supply equipment to the electrical appliances based on the power supply information stored in the storage device when the power supply interruption duration measured by the power failure detection device is in excess of a predetermined time period.
