Such magnetic based mounting apparatus comprises a first magnetic component configured for being associated with a first side of a mounting surface and a second magnetic component configured for being disposed on an opposing second side of said mounting surface adjacent to said first magnetic component thereby magnetically associating the two magnetic components.
