Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a portable electronic device holder which is attached to the rear surface of a smartphone or tablet computer in such a way as to help the user to stably hold the same. The holder according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a base plate having an adhesive pad which is removably attached to a rear surface of the portable electronic device; a ring to be placed on a finger of a user to allow the user to hold the electronic device; and a connector which is provided with the ring and is fitted into a coupling hole of the base plate so that the holder is integrally coupled to a rear surface of the base plate. The present invention can prevent the user from dropping the electronic device through carelessness.
