The selector is configured to acquire a first time obtained by converting a measurement time of a first piece of measurement data based on a clock of a first time server, a second time obtained by converting the measurement time of the first piece of measurement data based on a clock of a second time server, a third time obtained by converting a measurement time of a second piece of measurement data based on the clock of the first time server, and a fourth time obtained by converting the measurement time of the second piece of measurement data based on the clock of the second time server. The selector is also configured to select a time server with the largest number of combinations of the converted times resulting in no error among pieces of measurement data and time servers.
