Zusammenfassung: | User level incremental revenue and conversion prediction for internet marketing display advertising are described. The method of an example embodiment includes: identifying a plurality of items of secondary content for display to a particular user on an e-commerce site; calculating a predicted incremental revenue value based in part on a likelihood that the particular user will convert if the particular user is not shown secondary content, a likelihood that the particular user will convert if the particular user is shown secondary content, and how much the particular user is likely to buy on the e-commerce site if the particular user is not shown secondary content, and how much the particular user is likely to buy on the e-commerce site if the particular user is shown secondary content; and using the predicted incremental revenue value for a particular user to rank a conversion probability for the particular user. |
