Zusammenfassung:	A fastening and loosening device is provided with a device main body (101) having an upper portion supported along an arrangement direction of stud bolts (65) in a freely movable manner by a conveyance device (73), a bolt tensioner (102) freely ascendable/descendable with respect to the stud bolts (65) together with the device main body (101) by a lift device (74), a guide device (103) coupled with the device main body (101) in a freely relatively movable manner via a cylinder (121) and having right and left guide members (123 and 124) contactable with an outer periphery of a nut (66) from both the right and left sides of a moving direction of the device main body (101), and a guide position adjustment device (105) capable of moving an inner guide member (123) in a horizontal direction intersecting with the moving direction of the device main body (101).
