Zusammenfassung:	A dispenser includes a housing; and an adapter within the housing and configured to be removably coupled to a container, the adapter having a base having a substantially planar surface and an arm extending from the surface; a collar on the aim and movable with respect to the arm; and a sleeve on the arm and contacting the collar, wherein the adapter can be moved between an insertion orientation in which the sleeve has a first outer diameter and a coupling orientation in which the sleeve has a second outer diameter that is greater than the first outer diameter.
