Zusammenfassung:Systems and methods for providing project management tools and instructions are disclosed. The systems and methods generally include: (a) performing an initial assessment to determine a pre-existing project management status for a plurality of project management parameters; (b) establishing a substantially equivalent quality level for the project management parameters based on the initial assessment; (c) creating an implementation plan including instructions for implementing a plurality of the project management parameters at the substantially equivalent quality level; and (d) providing training materials based on the implementation plan.
