The present invention provides a drug against central nervous system inflammation containing a plasmalogen. More preferably, the present invention provides a drug against central nervous system inflammation containing a plasmalogen extracted from a biological tissue (preferably an avian tissue) that mainly contains an ethanolamine plasmalogen and a choline plasmalogen.
