One device includes instructions executable by a processor to cause a plurality of mobile devices to each represent a respective subsystem associated with an objective, cause an interaction between at least two of the plurality of mobile devices to represent a relationship between the respective subsystems represented by the at least two mobile devices, and aggregate a number of interactions between the at least two of the plurality of mobile devices to form a coordinated response associated with achieving a particular objective.
