One system includes a collimator a collimator body and at least one set of pinholes within the collimator body defining a cluster of pinholes, wherein bores defining the pinholes within the cluster are aligned to a point in substantially the same direction. Additionally, a spacing between bores is less than four times a diameter of a largest bore.
