| Zusammenfassung: | A method includes, in response to a determination a received packet has information in a header of the packet that if modified with other information would allow a subsequent header compression to compress the header to a larger degree than if the information was not modified, modifying the information with the other information. The method also includes compressing at least the header and transmitting the packet including the compressed header. Another method includes, in response to a determination a received packet has a sequential identification in a header of the packet, modifying the sequential identification to a random identification; and transmitting the packet to a core network. Apparatus and program products are also disclosed. |
