The return to work administration computer system is configured to receive from the user devices, data related to employer return to work programs, including data indicative of designation of an individual employee to administer return to work programs, return to work policies, transitional job opportunities for employees to return to a workplace without resumption of full duties; access stored data indicative of business rules for comparing the received data related to employer return to work programs to benchmarks, and determine whether an employer has qualified for a benefit under a disability insurance policy issued to the employer.
