It is determined whether editable splash screen information corresponding to an application program is stored in the screen display apparatus, when a command to execute the application program is received at the screen display apparatus. The splash screen is configured according to the editable splash screen information when the editable splash screen information is stored in the screen display apparatus. The splash screen configured by the editable splash screen information is displayed on the screen display apparatus.
