Constant Force Adapter for Remotely Racking Circuit Breakers and Contactors

An apparatus and system are provided for remotely racking circuit breakers and contactors that are housed within a housing structure, such as a circuit breaker cell or switchgear cabinet. The apparatus and system are capable of maintaining a constant force on breakers during racking operations.
