Zusammenfassung:A method and apparatus for semantic checking for synchronization. In one embodiment, a process is provided to define a relationship model for each data type in a first set of data and may store each relationship model. For each entry in a second set of data to be synchronized with the first set of data, the process determines if the entry violates the relationship model for the data type corresponding to the entry.
