Zusammenfassung:A system and method for fraud prevention is provided. Specifically, an application program interface may be used in concert with an authorization request to process a transaction, to utilize fraud prevention tools. A system, method and/or computer program product for transmitting an authorization request and a request for fraud services to a transaction account issuer is disclosed. The transaction account issuer may combine the authorization request and request for fraud services in order to create an authorization response.
