Zusammenfassung:	One embodiment provides a video display apparatus, including: a buffer configured to receive data; a buffer controller configured to control the buffer; and a reproduction part configured to reproduce the data accumulated in the buffer, wherein, when reproduction from an arbitrary position is designated for a time during which the reproduction part reproduces the data, the buffer controller controls the buffer to accumulate data of a designated destination while continuing reproduction of the data left in the buffer.
