The skin care composition has a pH value less than or equal to 8. A method of using the skin care composition includes the following. The skin care composition is applied on a skin surface. After the skin care composition is applied on the skin surface for a period of time, the color of the skin care composition changes. When the color of the skin care composition changes, the skin care composition is removed from the skin surface.
