Zusammenfassung:	A planting three-dimensional textile including a first textile layer and a second textile layer is provided. The first textile layer has a plurality of connecting blocks which are separated from each other and arranged in array. The second textile layer covers the first textile layer, and the second textile layer is only connected to the connecting blocks so as to define a plurality of planting channels separated form each other between the first textile layer and the second textile layer. The second textile layer has a plurality of openings. A planting apparatus is also provided.
