Zusammenfassung:This invention provides a novel method and system for instantiating a data structure comprising a contract option including a disjunctive capability, of especial utility in enabling a new way of selling commodities or services. Rather than being a right to buy a unit of a type of item at a specified price, as is known to the prior art, the present invention enables one to secure a right to buy at least one unit of one of n-types of items at a predetermined legal consideration.
