Zusammenfassung:	An object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball having excellent scuff resistance and spin performance, and a satisfactory rebound property. The golf ball has a core 3, an intermediate layer 5 covering the core 3, an inner cover 7 covering the intermediate layer 5, and an outer cover 15 covering the inner cover 7, wherein the outer cover 15 includes a neutralized product containing an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid-alkyl(meth)acrylate ternary copolymer having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 80,000 to 500,000 and an ethylene-acrylic acid or ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 2,000 to 30,000, and the inner cover 7 also includes the neutralized product.
