Zusammenfassung:	A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the solar cell are discussed. The solar cell includes a substrate, an emitter layer formed at an incident surface of the substrate, a first electrode part connected to the emitter layer, and a textured surface positioned on the incident surface of the substrate, at which the emitter layer is formed. The textured surface includes a plurality of depressions. A surface of an area of the substrate, on which the first electrode part is formed, is a flat surface not including the plurality of depressions.
