Zusammenfassung:	A location brokerage system is described herein. A plurality of computing devices that are configured to output data that is indicative of a geographic location of a user are registered with the location brokerage system, and a plurality of location-based applications are registered with the location brokerage system. The location brokerage system collaborates with the computing devices to obtain location data pertaining to the user that satisfies requests for location data from the location-based application while enforcing operating restrictions/parameters imposed by the user and/or the location-based applications.
