Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to high strength fabrics made thereof from thin gauge constant compression elastic fibers. Elastic fibers are disclosed which have a relatively flat modulus curve, for example between 100% and 200% elongation. Garments made with the constant compression elastic fibers have a more comfortable feel to the wearer. The garments are also resistant to puncture due to the high strength fabric made with the elastic fibers.
