Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure described herein relates to a system and method for distributing messages, such as advertisements, to electronic devices. The method comprises: selecting an advertisement from a set of advertisements based on a state of movement of the device, where the state of movement is at least partly based on movement data of the device; and transmitting the advertisement to the device. After transmitting the advertisement to the device, the advertisement may be generated on the device.
