Zusammenfassung:	Inventive subject matter described herein includes a powder comprising: a wax having a melt point within a range of 45 to 100 degrees Centigrade and sodium polyacrylate or salts of sodium polyacrylate or sodium polyacrylate and salts of sodium polyacrylate wherein the wax concentration falls within a range of 99.9% to 0.1% by weight and the sodium polyacrylate concentration falls within a range of 0.1% to 99.9% by weight, wherein the powder is effective for forming a cream or lotion or gel or coating when mixed with water at room temperature or cooler than room temperature.
