Zusammenfassung:	A cup holder comprising, a housing, a carrier member slidably engaged to the housing and movable between a condition where it is housed within the housing and condition where it at least partially extends from the housing, a cup receptacle that is slidably connected to the carrier member and carried thereby in a gimballed manner, wherein in an extended position the cup receptacle is presentable to be able to receive a cup, and wherein in a retracted position the cup receptacle is within the housing in a stowed condition.
