Zusammenfassung:	The display device with a touch panel according to the present invention has high reliability and is a display device with a touch panel having a display panel and a touch panel placed on the front surface of the display panel, wherein the display panel has a first substrate and a second substrate provided so as to be layered on the first substrate, the first substrate has a non-overlapping region that does not overlap the second substrate, and the touch panel is a liquid crystal display device with a touch panel secured on the second substrate, the touch panel has an overlapping region that overlaps the non-overlapping region of the first substrate, and a spacer is secured to the touch panel between the non-overlapping region of the first substrate and the overlapping region of the touch panel.
