Zusammenfassung:	A motor includes a stator, a bearing, a cover, a shaft, a rotor holder and a rotor magnet. The cover member includes an outer cylinder portion arranged to support the stator on the inner surface thereof, an inner cylinder portion arranged to support the bearing on the inner surface thereof and a bottom portion arranged to interconnect the lower end of the outer cylinder portion and the lower end of the inner cylinder portion. The stator includes a stator core, an insulator arranged to cover the stator core and coils. The cover member is preferably formed by press-forming a single metal plate member. The insulator includes a protrusion portion positioned radially outwards of the coils to protrude upwards higher than the upper end of the outer cylinder portion. The upper ends of the coils are positioned higher than the upper end of the outer cylinder portion.
